Tour Cost

• INR 30,000 on twin-sharing accommodation basis.

• Single accommodation charges extra.

• 5% GST extra.

Itinerary at a glance

Day 1:

• Arrival at Bharatpur on your own by 12:00 PM IST.

• Check-in to the hotel/lodge and relax.

• After a quick lunch, head out to Keoladeo National Park for an evening photography session

• Return to the hotel/lodge by 6.30 PM and enjoy evening tea and snacks

• Select photographs review captured by each participant

• Dinner and retire for the night​​​

 

Day 2 and Day 3:

• Early wakeup call at 5:15 AM and after a quick cup of tea/coffee, we head out to the bird sanctuary.

• We target to enter the gate by 6:00 AM to capture the frames of various subjects in the backdrop of the sunrise and the golden hour.

• We explore the different parts of the park, capturing photographs of various species and experimenting with compositions.

• Breakfast and lunch shall be arranged within the park so that we maximize the photography opportunities.

• Return to the hotel/lodge by 6.30 PM and enjoy evening tea and snacks.

• Select photographs review captured by each participant.

• Dinner and retire for the night.

 

Day 4:

• Early wakeup call at 5:15 AM and after a quick cup of tea/coffee, we head out to the bird sanctuary.

• We target to enter the gate by 6:00 AM to capture the frames of various subjects in the backdrop of the sunrise and the golden hour.

• We capture some more frames and post breakfast return to the lodge.

• Freshen up and check-out from the hotel/lodge by 11:00 AM.

 

Inclusions

• Twin-sharing accommodation.

• All meals (starting from Lunch on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 4) and hot beverages (coffee and tea).

• All fees and charges (park entry fees, electric vehicle charges, driver charges).

• Basic and intermediate Photography guidance and tips.

 

Exclusions

• All airfare and transfer expenses between your home and Bharatpur.

• Bottled water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

• Camera and lens fees.

• Any kind of personal expenses, extra meals and beverages ordered directly by you.

• Insurance and any applicable taxes.

• Anything that is not included in the inclusions list.

Payment Terms

• 100% of the Tour fee as advance for confirmation of participation for the Tour.

 

Cancellation Terms

• 50% of the Tour fee if cancelled 30 days before the Tour.

• 100% of the Tour fee if cancelled 0-29 days before the Tour.
